The days of $3.99 yd for fleece are over since Joann closed. We are still searching for sources of fleece at reasonable prices.
DO NOT ORDER Minky, Plush or other types of fleece that feel wonderful but shed!! Blizzard was a Joann name and you will not find fleece by that name at other places. You want fleece comparable to Blizzard in weight – not too thin or not too thick.

Their fabric, including fleece, goes on sale 30% off every other week. This makes the price $5.59 yd. They do not charge shipping if order totals over $49. Fleece is good quality. Discount also applies in store.

Search “Remnants” on their site. You will get two options: 25 yds for $124.99 or 50 yds for $242.49. The downside is you cannot select the prints or the amount of yardage. You receive random prints selected by them. Each piece will be at least one yard in length. BE SURE to enter Project Linus under “Company” so they know you want prints suitable for children. There is no shipping charge. We ordered and prints were OK.

Their site has fleece in numerous price ranges, including $2.50 yd, $3.95 yd, $4.95 yd, plus higher prices. We ordered one print at $2.50 yd, one at $3.95 yd and several at $4.95 yd. The fleece was nice and the quality appeared to be the same for all three prices. They charge shipping based on yardage ordered. For 31 – 40 yds the charge was $39.95.
